Freshly prepared dough for one large pizza
Our Alexandra’s secret recipe pizza sauce
-Preheat oven to 450F.
-Roll dough on a floured surface to the thickness you like or press with fingers directly into a 16 inch metal pizza pan or cookie sheet.
-Add the sauce and then the cheese. Pepperoni can go under the cheese (French) or over the cheese (Italian).
-Cook for 10-15 minutes until the cheese melts and starts to brown to your liking.
Divide dough in half and make two small personal pizzas.
Add your own toppings – a bit of parmesan, some veggies or meats. Be creative -You’re the Pizzaiolo!
Lightly brush olive oil or garlic butter on the crust edges after it’s cooked.
Don’t be afraid to get messy – that’s the best part.
